Baby Wrestle Cobra

Some crazy parents let there 6 month old baby wrestle a large cobra. The cobra takes four strikes at the kid until the baby strangles his neck. If the cobra was switched with one with fangs just before the kid crawled in....but if the kid died, who's next in line to run the quikey mart???
